Terms of Service
By signing in to or using Backlink Market (backlinkmarket.co) you agree to these terms. Last updated 2 October 2026.
1. What Backlink Market is
- A marketplace that lets site owners list sites and buy, sell or swap backlinks: Paid Market, Exchange and ABC pools.
- We provide the platform. We aren't a party to a deal between members, we don't write, place or guarantee any link, and we don't promise any ranking, traffic or income from one.
2. Your account
- You sign in with Google and are responsible for what happens under your account. Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract for yourself or the business you act for.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Buyer and Seller Rules.
3. Listings, offers and the rules
- You may list only sites you control and describe them honestly. The Seller Rules and Buyer Rules are part of these terms.
- Domain Rating comes from Ahrefs and traffic from the owner's Google Search Console or the source named next to it. These figures are estimates of third parties and can be wrong or change.
- Content you place on a site, or ask to be placed, must be lawful and must not be on the banned list in the rules.
4. Payments
- In Paid Market the buyer pays the seller directly, by the method on the seller's payout account. Backlink Market doesn't hold, move or refund money and can't tell whether a payment was made.
- Taxes, fees and any dispute about a payment are between the buyer and the seller.
5. Violations and removal
- Links must stay live as agreed. A missed delivery, a removed link or a misstated number can lead to a penalty, a lower standing, the end of a deal or removal from the marketplace, as the rules describe.
- We may remove a listing or content at our discretion if it breaks the rules or the law.
6. No warranty and limits
- The service is provided as it is and as available. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- To the extent the law allows, Backlink Market isn't liable for losses from deals between members, from third-party data (Ahrefs, Google) or from the service being unavailable.
- You can stop using the service at any time. Write to ahmet@boldpilot.club to close your account.
7. Changes and contact
- We may change these terms; the version on this page is the current one, and continuing to use the service means you accept it.
